How can I get my military service medals / service records?
- My office can assist in getting either in a timely manner. Please contact our Concord (925) 602-1880, Richmond (510) 262-6500 or Vallejo (707) 645-1888 district office's and ask for the military caseworker, who will assist in getting the appropriate forms completed to make the request.
I have been denied enlistment into the military. How can obtain a waiver?
- Contact your local recruiters office or the toll free number to my office for assistance from the military constituent services representative in making such requests.
