American Recovery Plan - Update

This morning President Obama and Vice President Biden announced a plan to accelerate the implementation of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.

As part of that plan, this summer stimulus dollars will help fund 135,000 education jobs across the US, help provide health care at 1,200 clinics nationwide and help work begin at various construction projects.
